Firewood Delivery: How It Works
Kiln-dried firewood with delivery included in the price, from our Levittown PA facility to your door: Mega Bags and Boxes in 1 to 3 days, pallets in 5 to 10 days.
The price you see includes delivery. Mega Bags and Boxes ship free to 11 Northeast states, and pallets and cords come with free liftgate delivery inside our Local Delivery Zone. Mega Bags and Boxes are delivered in 1 to 3 days and pallets and cords in 5 to 10 days.
There is no warehouse step and no third-party fulfillment. The wood is kiln-dried, packed and palletized at our own facility in Levittown, PA, and goes straight from there to the carrier.
How firewood delivery works
- You place your order online, any day of the week.
- Our crew picks the kiln-dried product and packs it for transit.
- Mega Bags and Boxes go out by UPS Ground. Pallets and cords go out on a liftgate truck, and the carrier calls ahead before arriving.
- Mega Bags and Boxes are delivered in 1 to 3 days (2 to 5 days outside the 11 free-shipping states), pallets and cords in 5 to 10 days, from the day you order.
Where delivery is included in the price
Mega Bags and Boxes ship free to CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT. Outside those states they ship to the rest of the 48 contiguous US states, and the shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Pallets and cords are delivered free inside our Local Delivery Zone: CT, NJ, MA, RI, NY metro and Long Island, eastern and central PA, DE, MD, DC, Northern VA, Richmond VA. Enter your ZIP on any pallet page to confirm your address.

How long until my firewood arrives?

Does delivery cost extra?
Not in the Northeast. Shipping is included in the price of Mega Bags and Boxes in the 11 states above, and pallet delivery is included inside our Local Delivery Zone.
Will the carrier contact me?
For pallets and cords, yes. The carrier calls ahead before delivery, and the pallet is carefully unloaded in your driveway, depending on site accessibility, with a liftgate.
Why plan ahead for firewood
Demand for firewood jumps on the first cold nights of the season, and everyone orders in the same week. Kiln-dried wood does not need to season, so ordering a few weeks before the cold means the rack is full when you need it, and the wood burns the same in January as the day it arrived.
