Delivery options for New York City

NYC is a packaged-only market (no pallets in the city). We ship two products that work for apartments, brownstones, and small-yard homes:

Yes. UPS will deliver to your building. For doorman buildings, they leave it with the front desk. For walk-ups, schedule delivery for a day you are home or use a service like Reroute or UPS My Choice.

Can I get cord delivery in NYC?
No. Cord and pallet delivery require freight truck access and lift gate space that NYC streets cannot accommodate. Mega Bag and Box are our NYC products.
