Shipping
We deliver in two ways: free flat-rate packaged firewood across 11 Northeast states, and local palletized firewood in our Local Delivery Zone (CT, NJ, NY metro through ZIP 125, eastern PA 179-187 and 193-196, DE).
Shipping at a glance (read this first)
We deliver in two different ways, depending on what you buy:
📦 Packaged Firewood (Smart Bags & Boxes)
- Ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
- Free delivery is included in: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT
- Outside that free area, we still ship nationwide with a small additional fee shown at checkout (typically $4 - $16)
🚚 Palletized Firewood (Local Freight Delivery)
- Delivered by freight truck within our Local Delivery Zone (CT, NJ, NY metro through ZIP 125, eastern PA 179-187/193-196, DE)
- Price includes delivery + lift gate curbside service
- If your address is outside this zone, pallet delivery may be unavailable at checkout

Where we deliver
Packaged firewood ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Free delivery area (delivery included in the product price)
Delivery is included (no extra shipping charge) in these 11 states:
CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT
Packaged Firewood Free Delivery Area (11 states).
Outside the free area (still nationwide, small added fee)
We still ship packaged products nationwide. Addresses outside the free delivery area may see a small additional shipping fee at checkout based on distance from Levittown, PA.

2) Palletized Firewood (Local Freight Delivery)
Where we deliver palletized orders
Palletized firewood is delivered inside our Local Delivery Zone (CT, NJ, NY metro through ZIP 125, eastern PA 179-187/193-196, DE).
Local Pallet Delivery Zone (100-mile radius from Levittown, PA).
Important: If your address is outside this zone, pallet delivery may be unavailable at checkout.
What's included (inside the local zone)
Your pallet price includes:
- Delivery cost
- Lift gate service
- Curbside drop-off (driver unloads at the curb; placement beyond curbside is not guaranteed)
Access requirements (please read)
Freight delivery requires safe truck access. Some locations may be limited (tight streets, steep/long driveways, private roads, etc.). If a carrier cannot safely access your address, delivery may require an alternate arrangement.
Large packaged orders (may ship as a pallet)
Some large packaged orders may ship as a pallet. If an order ships as a pallet, it must qualify for the Local Pallet Delivery Zone to be delivered as-is.
Example: 10+ bags may ship as a pallet.
Processing, delivery speed & tracking
Processing time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day
- Orders placed after noon ship the next business day
Delivery time after dispatch (typical)
- Packaged free zone: 1 - 3 days
- Packaged outside free zone: 2 - 5 days
- Palletized: scheduled freight delivery (timing varies)
Tracking
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship packaged products nationwide?
Yes. Packaged products ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Is delivery free for packaged products?
Delivery is included in the product price in CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT. Outside that area, a small fee may apply at checkout.
Do you deliver pallets nationwide?
Pallet delivery is reserved for our Local Delivery Zone (CT, NJ, NY metro through ZIP 125, eastern PA 179-187/193-196, DE). For pallets outside the zone, email us for a freight quote.
Do I need a forklift for pallet delivery?
No. Lift gate service is included. Delivery is curbside.
What if I'm outside the pallet zone but I want a big order?
Choose packaged products (Smart Bags/Boxes), which ship nationwide. If you're unsure what to order, email us your ZIP and we'll help.
