FIREWOOD FLEX ships from Pennsylvania. Free flat-rate Mega Bag and Box shipping to all 11 Northeast states (CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT). Palletized 1/4 cord and 1/2 cord deliver curbside with lift-gate in our Local Delivery Zone (all of CT, NJ, DE; NY metro through ZIP 125; eastern PA). Outside those ZIPs, packaged products ship nationwide for a fee shown at checkout.

Is it USDA certified and kiln-dried?

Yes. Every batch is heat-treated to a 160°F core for 75 minutes to the USDA APHIS standard, then moisture-tested to confirm under 15% before packaging. That certification authorizes transporting firewood across state lines.

When will my order ship?

Order before noon ET on a business day and we ship the same day from Pennsylvania. Local pallets arrive in 1-3 business days; packaged Mega Bags and Boxes arrive in 2-5 business days via freight or LTL.

Kiln-dried vs seasoned, what's the difference?

Seasoned firewood is air-dried for 6-12 months and usually tests 20-25% moisture. FIREWOOD FLEX kiln-dries every piece to under 15% moisture, so it lights with one match, burns hotter, and stores indefinitely without re-soaking.
