How pallet delivery works

• Timing: 3 to 7 days from order to your driveway.
• Call ahead: the freight carrier phones before arrival, either the day before or about an hour out, depending on the carrier.
• Drop-off: curbside or on the driveway by a truck with a liftgate. No forklift and no help needed from you.
• Minimum: one pallet. Any of the four pallets above qualifies for free delivery.

Why kiln-dried wood makes sense in Virginia

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services enforces a spotted lanternfly quarantine in a growing list of counties and cities, and firewood is one of the regulated items. Heat-treated wood removes the guesswork when you move it between localities. It also solves the classic Virginia problem of humid summers: seasoned cordwood stacked outside often reabsorbs moisture, while kiln-dried splits light quickly and burn with little smoke, which matters in dense neighborhoods where your chimney is close to the house next door.

Smaller orders: Mega Bags and Boxes

Single Mega Bags ($59.90) and Firewood Boxes ($44.90) ship by UPS Ground to every Virginia address, not only the pallet zone. Virginia is outside our free parcel region, so a flat $10 per bag or box is added at checkout. For most households a pallet is the better value.
